This platform provides structured market intelligence. We surface signals—not financial recommendations. No output from HAA constitutes investment advice, trading guidance, or fiduciary counsel.

Probabilistic models:

All analytical tools—sentiment scoring, flow detection, predictive models—are probabilistic by nature. Source data may contain biases. Models reflect historical patterns, not future certainties.

User responsibility:

You retain full responsibility for investment decisions. HYPER AURA ANALYTICA LLC disclaims liability for trading outcomes derived from platform insights.

Institutional use only:

Access to HAA is restricted to qualified institutional participants: registered investment advisors, hedge funds, family offices, and accredited entities operating under appropriate regulatory oversight.

Security incident response:

In the event of a security incident affecting your tenant, HAA will notify you within 72 hours via encrypted communication channels. Full incident reports and remediation plans available upon request.
